Updates

In Settings > Updates you can:

Enable/disable automatic update checks
Check for updates manually
Refresh update state
Download update when available
Open updater config file

The status card shows:

checking state
up-to-date state
update-available state with version + notes
failed state with error details

Common Issues

App blocked by macOS

sudo xattr -r -d com.apple.quarantine /Applications/LaunchNext.app

Import failed

Confirm selected folder contains Data.store
Confirm backup folder format is valid (LaunchNext_... .launchnext)
Retry import and choose only needed sections first

Missing apps after source changes

Re-open Settings > App Sources
Verify custom paths still exist
Refresh app data

Hotkey not working

Re-record shortcut in Settings > Shortcuts
Ensure shortcut includes modifiers
Save and test again
